FAQ INSTALL QUESTIONS:

Q. After installing the SCAO cd I can't open the program. It says I don't have permission to open. What's this mean.

A. If you receive this message you must do the following: Un-install the software through Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel.

Then you must re-boot your computer. Once you are back at the desktop re-install the program. When you get to the page asking which type of install you which to perform, select the Custom option. On the next screen un-check the Workgroup option. Proceed with you install accepting all of the default options. Once installed you will be able to open your SCAO software. If you have any questions please contact us!

Q. I am using your softare on a Windows XP network and the program will not open.

A. Please call our office and we will walk you through two simple steps.

Q. Do you have fields for the signature field to type in the name?

A. Yes, we modified every form to include a signature field where possible. All but a very few forms now have signature fields.

Q. How do I move the cursor to the next line and not the next field.

A. Press the Ctrl and Enter key. This will create a hard-return within the field. As a test, open up a Summons and Complaint form. In the Plaintiff or Defendent's field type your name on the first line. Press Ctrl + Enter and the cursor will now appear beneath your name.

Q. Is this program Mac compatible?

A. Sorry it is not compatible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
